Daily Announcements

Central High School Bulletin for Friday, January 17th, 2020

Students: In order to attend SnoBall on February 1st, you must be a student in good standing. To be in good standing, you must have no more than one F on the Semester report card, and no major behavior referrals or suspensions within the most recent grading period. If you are a student who would be ineligible and would like to make an appeal, please talk with your grade level administrator. Do not wait until the last minute!

Students: Please know that the counseling department is working diligently on your Semester 2 schedules. Please be patient. We will start returning aide requests first to make room in classes and then tackle those changes. We will be getting notes back to you on your schedules during PSP soon.

Do you need volunteer hours? Want a free prom ticket? Work the Panther Pit concession stand! See Ms. Waight in Room 112 for details.

Students: If you are planning on bringing a guest to Snoball, please make sure you have the required guest registration form turned in to Mrs. Wallace at least one week before the dance! Forms are located outside of the athletic office.

Attention Seniors: If you're planning on attending Chemeketa Community College there will be two upcoming field trips to help you get ready. Space is limited for these trips, so please see Mr. Marco as soon as possible if you'd like more information.

Students interested in the military: There will be a military service academies' information night at Santiam Christian on Tuesday, January 21st, at 6:30pm. Representatives from the US Military Academy at West Point, the US Military Academy at Annapolis, the US Air Force Academy, and the US Coast Guard Academy will be in attendance. For more information, please see Mr. Marco in Room 114.

Hey CHS! Ticket sales for Snoball are starting up next week! You can buy your tickets during lunch next week and the week after. Presale tickets are $12 and they are $15 at the door on February 1st. Hope to see you all there!

For anyone interested in playing softball, the batting cages will be open every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:45-5:15.

Attention Prom Committee: there will be a meeting in Ms. Waight's room (112) at lunch on Tuesday, January 21. It's an important one, so be there!
